I escaped the jubilee nonsense as I was at Glastonwick Festival that weekend.
Anyone know of anything happening on the weekend of 6 May, so I can escape the crowning thing? Someone is organising a street party here, and I need OUT.
All I can find is Holmfirth Festival of Folk. This does feature the truly wonderful Muddy Summers and the Dirty Field Whores, but it's a bloody long way away, and the camping is a bus ride from the venue.
Ideas?
