Any budding musicians fancy doing a soundtrack?

Something wrong with your link or upload there loud 1

I downloaded a file called Alpha. Not even sure what extension it is. I usually can tell btw, it just doesn't seem to have one.

hmm..

never used that site before.

how can i make it so everyone can download it then?

it works in VLC player..

how tha fek can i get it to play on everything?

its uploaded as an mp3..

Take out the space in the title, I think it is Project Alpha.mp3 but the site is cutting off anything after hte space, so all I get is Project and no extension.

You can download it, and rename it and just add the extension .mp3 and it works.

Nice sound I like.

What you using as a drum machine Loud 1?

If you not using it already, may I suggest EZDrummer it is a VSTi plug in comes with an assortment of kits but I would suggest Drum Kit from Hell is the one you would want to use for this sort of sound, and has a good humanize switch that really does make a different.

I only mention this because in the 'stutter' beats, i can't think of what else you would call them where the drums mix up the accent, they do sound mechanical.

Not being overly critical, I thought it sounded great, your guitar playing and recording is very good. Very high quality sound to it. May have to make your my mentor :p

we only demo with sampled drums, which we sampled outselves,(thats a perk in working next to a drum shop)
when we are confident the track works,we go into the studio and record the drums live..

we are a bit of a bugger for not uploading finished industry spec recordings, mainly cuz its a pain in the arse if you spend loads of time on a project and then the client says its shit!
:D

a mate of mine used to work down there,
he said they had a 5 second rule, they had a trip switch installed for the demo amps!
:D

:D

...and as the bedroom guitarist segues into Smoke On the Water....there's a special trip switch behind the counter, wired to 1mega Volts of raw power.... :)
