I worked as a manager in a local authority for nearly 2 decades. This is a small sample of what we suffered on a weekly basis.
Assaults on staff/customers (including a man assaulting a teenage girl), death threats, customers under the influence of drugs (including IV drug use) and alcohol which they took on the premises,customers with weapons (knives and a baseball bat)., schools cancelling visits due to customers behaviour. All of these examples were know by senior council leaders who did nothing to protect staff or customers.
I HAVE DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE OF THIS AS WELL AS MY OWN EXPERIENCES.
