this story worries me for personal reasons

my fiance now has to return to australia to apply for a fiance's visa to come back to the UK because the UKBA were incapable of completing our application to get married in the UK in time for her visa running out and she daren't overstay even by one day.

the fact we have to ask the Govt for permission to get married fucks me off enough, now we are going to be apart for about 3 months with her in OZ with all the costs involved in that - return flights to Oz, £500 for a visa appl in Oz, £600 for leave to remain in the UK.

and i've got to prove i can support her and all the stuff this bloke has done.
