I don't know all the details, but it sounds to me like her downfall stems directly from being really bad with money, something that lots of us regular people can probably relate to.

I thought part of her difficulties are from having to pay out half of the value of her house to Songtag's relatives when she died. I don't know if that happened due to bad estate planning on their part, or if the relatives sued for it because the pair weren't legally married.

Paolo Pizzetti claims Ms Leibovitz used photos he took in Venice and Rome, and passed them off as her own in a 2009 calendar for a coffee company.

He is seeking a court order to stop the images from being used and $300,000 (£183,000) for copyright infringement.

What a rip off.

I would have sold those images to her for at least, well, lets think, yes half that price !!!!!
