Well apparently phil threatened court action against u75 and myself after I quoted one of his students saying he was a boring twat (but had a nice english accent). It was taken seriously enough that one of the mods repeated something to the same effect, although fuck knows what law a court action would be brought under.

Well by Googling the whole quote you could (unfortunately and unintentionally on my part ) arrive at his real life name - so it was against the u75 FAQ and I got a two week ban.

I'll gladly make a contribution to anyone who wants to take legal action against him (don't know what for tho' - doesn't matter really). He is a grade A c*nt.

Teejay, get over it instead of polluting other threads with your bitterness about being banned - that's 3 seperate threads that you're moaning about it on now - and encouraging people to take legal action against other posters is hardly helping (and that's just the one's i've came across).
