Doubt it, but it might give Tennis, basketball and other sports who field pros at the Olympics pause for thought.

Then tbf he should have stayed at home. He played like he was gracing us with his presence.

Josh Goodall, Alex Slabinsky or any UK top ten player or junior should have gone and got the big match/ big occasion practice.

They should just ditch the tennis altogether IMO. For most of the sportspeople competing it's the biggest event in their sport, having sports like Tennis in where it isn't by a long way doesn't do the games any good.

I agree with this.

There are so many other sports which could do with an Olympic showcase. As was said during the Robertson and Emms match, the inclusion of badminton has had a profound effect on the sport.

Down with tennis and bored millionaire tennis players.
