Shit loads of classical music and other bits and pieces when working as an usher at RFH + other stuff that i didnt enjoy and am happy to forget ;)

came close to bagging a ticket for the Stevie Wonder/Songs in the Key gig yesterday, but didnt, and am feeling really sad about it still today...wasnt expecting to feel that but its now become a bucket list thing to see him....really gutted not to have been there. Kill All Touts.

Apart from a couple of interruptions (Covid and a few years of mental illness) I usually see 2-4 gigs a month plus festivals (I’d do more than that if anyone decent’s in town). So I’m 53 and started going to gigs in my teen years. Ball park? 400-500. Mainly punk and metal/hard rock.

Most memorable for me was the first gig Black Crowes played in the UK on the Shake Your Money Maker tour at the old Marquee club on Wardour Street. Actually now i think about it i was actually at GnR’s first gig at the same venue.
