I think if the idf had the aim of exterminating the pals they'd have done it by now
not like the plo could ever stop the IDF or any other arab state
lets face facts the serbs got away with genocide and rwandada iraq under saddam and syria one town was reduced by artillery.

For a supposedly genocidal, expansionist state, Israel is doing a very poor job in my opinion. As you say,given their military superiority, surely they would have exterminated the entire palestinian population years ago.
