Aluna - The World's First tidal powered Moon Clock at Trinity Buoy Warf Eco-Design Day.

Aluna, the world’s first tidal powered Moon Clock, to be built somewhere on the River Thames. By 2012. Check out http://www.alunatime.org

Aluna will be one of the exhibits at Trinity Buoy Wharf Eco-Design Day 2006 – Free Entry

This is a Unique Opportunity for Emerging/Aspiring Eco-Designers:

The exhibition itself will take place in the historic Electrician’s Shop basement, a characterful Victorian industrial building. Fourth Wall Creations will transform this dark, underground space into a lush, green oasis of sustainable design for the event. This is also an opportunity to visit the 19th Century lighthouse which houses the Longplayer Exhibition. www.longplayer.org

The Eco-Design Day will run from 10am-6pm at Trinity Buoy Wharf, 64 Orchard Place, London E14 0JW. Admission will be free of charge. http://www.trinitybuoywharf.com/

Hello peeps, if you want to speak to the designer, I'll be picking her up from the airport after her whirlwind US tour speaking about Aluna (the yanks want one too now;) and we should be at the exhibition by 1pm latest.

For someone who normally gets bored stiff at anything remotely scientific, that was an excellent talk. Over an hour long, but still interested at the end.

Liked the stuff about 'time', please pass on my compliments to the speaker.
