well this is a quandry i mist admit.

because when i've had scotch pancakes before they've been rubbery and shit.


but i went for breakfast the other day and had eggy bread scotch pancakes with bacon in a big stack and maple syrup and it was the best thing i've ever had in my mouth.

I've tried to lie to myself that I like salmon, i just don't.

My mum always buys smoked salmon at Xmas - I feel I should really like it, cos it's expensive, but I'm just not that enamoured. Even added to Marmite on toast, it's just not that great....
