Allardyce out!

Relegation would sort them out. Look at Man City! Went down two divisions, then sorted it out.

Expectations are too high. They are lucky to be as high as they are with their rubbish players. If they sold them all who would be snapped up first apart from Owen? All the rest are second rate, and Owen should never have left Real.

only once they were taken over by a bond villain who felt the need to clean some money.

Moyes

I can't see why either of them would want the job tbh. They're doing well where they are, why go to somewhere they'll be kicked out if they can't sort out a total mess in half a season?

Maybe Bryan Robson might fancy it?:p

redknapp would LOVE it there, all those big money transfers to sk.. make.

bit far from his south coast mansion though. :(

nah

hes tainted with teh bungs label whether hes guilty or not ( which hes not i hasten to add )

how can I put it...he had *close* relationshps with the departed ( and now banned ) ex chairman & his vermin clan - he would not get a foot in the door at Newcastle after that methinks

he could stay halfway at Willie Mckay's house and have Amdy Faye as a gardener or something.

Why in God's name would Moyes leave Everton for Newcastle? Even without the example of Allardyce to learn from, he'd have to be mad to leave Everton for Newcastle.

Yeah, he could meet up with the entire Portsmouth team with a lorry load of used tenners by a Petrol Station somewhere near Grantham to do the deal.

He'd love it.;)

Well I'm glad he's gone.... totally over rated, bought poor players and hasn't got them performing on the pitch.

I heard him say it will take 5 years to turn the club round, what the fuck for. Stalin could rebuild Russia in 5 years. ;)

Like most others though I hope to fuck it isn't Shearer.

^ yeah exactly(big eejit). There's just no one available, other than the special one(mourinho, not shearer, BTW)....;)

As for shearer, its too early.

Any of the Newcastle fans - is there any real enthusiasm for Shearer? The media keep saying there is but it just seems too  .

amongst the one who can read & write - no

amongst the bardy charva toerags- yes

Shearer is too smart to take this one and blow his god like image

*prays*

I reckon they might be after mark hughes. Only premiership manager who i think is due a step up.

Year and a half there and he should be well in line for the man united job.

It wasn't just that Big Sam was tactically inept, it was that all of his signings in the summer (with the exception of maybe Faye and Beye) have been performing badly. He spent around 25 million and hardly improved the quality of the team. He did release Bramble, Babayaro and Carr thank god but Rozenhal is not a player of Premier League quality. Geremi was made captain of the team at the beginning of the season and has been consistently poor, seemingly unable to deliver as a setpiece 'specialist' or as a central midfielder. his lack of creativity and passing has been more of a hindrance to the team than anything. Scott Parker was replaced by Joey Barton who has lived up to his name as a violent thug and has done nothing to justify his transfer fee. Alan Smith, who has played as a centre forward, a right-sided midfielder and a defensive midfielder since joining the club has failed to perform in any position. Although his workrate is never in question - he has had about 2 shots on goal all season whilst playing as a striker, not a good statistic for an English international. Viduka has shown some glimpses of form but he is past his peak, he has struggled to form any kind of partnership upfront with Owen, Smith or Martins and at 32 is not going to improve. Cacapa is around the same age and has not been able to adjust to the Premier League - at this stage of his career its unlikely that he will. For a player of his experience to make the defensive errors he has this season is embarassing and brings back memories of Titus.

Sheer short-sighted idiocy on the part of Newcastle's owners.

I can't think who it's going to be to replace Sam, and as long as it's not Martin O'Neill I don't really care because they deserve to regret this decision. I hear that Ruud Gullit might be interested. ;)

I think Shearer will bomb as a manager if he takes over, no matter who is helping him. If he wants to be a manager, he should learn his trade in the lower leagues first like the vast majority of great managers have.

they inherited BSA - mort & co are not stupid - they want their own man in - it may seem short sighted, but hopefully its part of a long term plan - whatever happens, they will want to make money from the club and success is part of that package

it will be hughes. redknapp has too much baggage and connections with the old board - a city lawyer would ( ? ) baulk at appointing soemone like redknapp - it has to be clean

*crosses fingers*:D
