The Andi macDowell "Is it still raining" line isn't that bad - imagine a brit actress doing it in a sarcastic tone... in fact imagine Kritan Scott Thomas in the same movie delivering it...

It's Andi macDowell's acting that sucks. Sucks beyond words!

Anyway, I nominate all the self consciously "funny" arnie lines in his later movies. That's not post modernism, those are just really bad jokes, delivered in a wooden accent...
