after the anarchy: bands formed by former members of famous punk bands

how about:

The Stupids (late 80s Ipswich based skatepunk) -> Klute (noughties D'n'B/Dubstep)

and back to The Stupids recently, yay!

saw em the other day at Bpool , the sound was dreadful in the main hall but they were tight. Could be a bit more tuneful though...

Cool, didn`t know they still played, was Ed Shred on vocals? i remember seeing them at fulham kings head i think, and standing next to John Walters (he stood out like a sore thumb)

The Clash - Flowered Up (anyone know the connection?)

manager(?) was in Rude Boy apparently (which probably explains Take It quoting from Joe's Tune or whatever the fuck that track that isn't Let The Good Times Roll is actually called)

The Clash - Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros

by far the best punk book is NO MORE HEROES by Alex Ogg which is brilliantly written and tells you where people ended up etc, many of em in telly

Speaking of which i saw the Cravats at the weekend (singer is an extra for Eastenders i hear, not that i ever watch it)
