Only ever saw Shriekback once, at East London Poly in Barking. Brilliant were the support band, and it was one of my fave gigs ever. Blindingly loud and thunderous basslines.

yeah i think Jimmy Cauty was, i saw them at the classic GLC gig at Brockwell Park in `84 , they got a hard time, along with other bands, from the crowd who were mostly Damned fans.
