Lookin good there herbsman!
Milly Molly thank you so much. This has now become my breakfast of choice, i reckon i've mastered it! Fry up some bits of bacon while you are doing the spinach (frozen much easier) and add crispy bacon bits on top ... get in. Much better than a fry up, no messing up timings and and hardly a pan to wash.
I loves it, me.

Oh my, that's funny! Sent it in a company round robin just to cause some laughs!

Come on, U75, where's the all time classic - post party cold pizza, just pick the dogends off and mmm mmmm yum!
*throws up* they're best left alone when they're fresh, let alone a day old!Just looking at that picture, and knowing what it is, makes me physically wretch. I'm actually gagging right this very second.![]()

if you were round at my house, you'd get either:
Hot buttered crumpets with poached eggs (conserves, marmite and cheese on the side)
Potato cakes with cumberland sausage and maple-cured bacon
Toasted bagels with choices of cream cheese, peanut butter, conserves
Eggs benedict
and freshly brewed Baileys coffee

Is that an open invitation?![]()
Griddled asparagus on sourdough with poached egg.
Brioche dipped in and fried in creme anglaise with raspberries.
Thick pancakes with veggie bacon and maple syrup.
Fresh muffins and coffee.
If you ever find yourself in my company at breakfast timehmm
you may well be served one of the above.
Okie dokie. As an aside, is veggie bacon actually palatable?
