I was getting a little confused by your posts.....

You confused? - you don't want to be inside my dome today, it's pandemonium. I'm having difficulty distinguishing between my arse and elbow.

You know, I believe that children are the future. Profound, I know.

But with [makes up statistic] 67% of the world's population living on a couple of grains of rice a day, it's hard to get really worked up about a nasty woman taking some kid's lollypop away.

So I voted "hedgehog".

That site's well annoying to navigate and takes ages to load up. I stopped after about six of the pics. Hedgehogs.

Developing a capacity to tolerate loss and frustration are essential clements of human development.

If the artist was smacking the children or repeatedly frustrating them repeatedly for prolonged periods then it would be abuse, but to set up a camera and take some shots as a child has their sweets or toy taken away is no way abuse.

Parents who try to protect their child from any kind of frustration and / or loss are actually damaging their children's development IMO

I haven't seen the pictures - BUT - conceptually - would it be okay to make an adult cry then take their photo, then call it art? (I don't think so).

Maybe not, but children aren't real people are they, so its ok to make them cry and poke them with sticks etc.
