A note for any Millwall fans

I see from this that a chap called Constantine Gonticas has been made director of your club. This caught my eye because I was, as it happens, at Oxford with him (same college, two years below me). I can't tell you a great deal that you don't know, other than that he is a Manchester United fan and that he was a keen member of the Oxford University Conservative Association, but I personally wouldn't trust him an inch.

Anybody wants to, do PM me.

Instead you post on here and erm….well, yes, you post on here…

I'd be more worried about Peter De Savary as Chairman, the bloke is a tosser from top to bottom and can't be any good for them (IMHO).

Millwall have fans?

Yes, and those involved with one or other of the fanzines (at least one of them that I see is sound, with excellent content) could very well find this sort of information handy.

People who generalisingly sneer at ALL Millwall fans can fuck off.

I'm not one, btw, but I drink with some in the local -- three of them are lifelong leftie Trade Unionists, a fourth describes himself as an anarcho-syndicalist -- stereotyping's for losers ...

Yeah, my granny and other family who live/lived in Cornwall developed a long-term and deep dislike of Mr De Savary...he's not a football fan either, so why's he at Millwall?

Are there any Millwall fans on here? (Isn't it Relahni's second team? :D )

I can't wait for Millwall v Luton this saturday...ding dong! I've been winding up our receptionist all day who's a Lions fan. Doesn't look good for them this season.....2 wins at home and 3 away IIRC.

past caring supports em.

Just to remove the stereotypical bonehead image a bit further Bob Crow, Lorraine Chase, Armando Ianucci, ian Wright, Barrymore and Simon Hughes all are, claim to be (or I've read are) fans too. And Mick Brown (he of 80s DJ pop duo Pat and Mick).

well, we lost 2-1 to Millwall after a sh!te game :( Our away record is crap. Millwall had three shots on target all game and scored two of them. De Savary must be well happy.

There was some serious fighting after the game too - between the police and luton fans. Quite nasty...usual old bill over-reaction to a bit of pushing. I filmed it all on my phone though :D if i get my internet connection working at home i might write something more about it..
