A) Oh, that was terribly careless of him. I am quite a fan of Keynes, actually. Not sure I understand your point as such, but I'm sure myself and the great JMK will work it out.
B) No, I don't, but then I don't see it as a capitalist war so much as an anti communist war. In any case, who won? Hint: It wasn't those evil capitalist types. Or are communists constantly kept down by capitalists? And if so, why do you think that might be, and what conclusions do you draw from it? I'm trying not to laugh here.

my, the idea of winners and losers just equates to military strategy for you doesn't it? Nothing to say about the peoples subjected to the full militart weight of the worlds predominant superpower. How very typical.

plus your communist/capitalist dichotomy seems laughably simple. Perhaps you should outline just how pragmatic neoliberalism helps people and not just your own pinstriped self?

I probably wear a suit less than you :)

Also: You seem to be asking me to defend the United States. I really have no interest in doing so, because I don't want to, cannot do so, and don't support it (I support the original United States but it went wrong from around Hearst's time)

I am a pragmatist, that is all. And so far as I can tell capitalism is better :)

I would become a commie in seconds given a good enough reason.

lol, I don't even wear a suit for court appearances chum. If you cannot see the predominant role the US has played in enforcing the system of Capital you are a fool

pragmatism. The excuse to act as a cunt, and fuck you to your fellow man.

At risk of incurring Godwins wrath, I wonder how many Third Riechers went along with such abhorrent shit in the name of pragmatism.

in order of sentences

a) neither do I, although my court offences have been preety much driving offences. Have a couple of other amusing other ones, but they're all petty crimes hehe
b) of coursse I can see it. so?
c) absolutely incorrect. the opposite in fact. I can see someone suffering and help them without thinking about whether I am doing the right thing from some nonsense utilitarian or objective or whatever perspective
d) so?

so you, the great pragmatist does his bit to help his fellow man when he see's it suffering.

How noble of you, and yet how thoroughly wrongheaded to assume that your charity makes you something other than an applauding cheerleader for a system of economics that provides you with poor people you can help and thus salve your conscience

I think 100,000 is optimistic I dont think most people realise how much of Britain's GDP comes from financial services. We will see 4.5 million unemployed in the next 18 months I would put money on it.
