Jazzz, do you not see how much harm, damage and hurt you and other CTs are causing to the families of the bereaved? you're just getting in the way of finding out the facts of what happened on 7/7 and the failings of the security services before, and seriously undermining the credibility of those who need to find out the true course of events in order to have some sort of closure.

Well I just saw this about five minutes ago, and thought 'gosh'. A few clicks later and I'm going, is this some sort of joke? We have no footage of any of the bombers on the underground network at all, or waiting for the bus, let alone actually on the things. There's the strange comment about times of the CCTV being 'inaccurate' (!) I'm also a bit puzzled as to why everyone else appears blurred.

Tactically it has always been essential for the families and survivors' sane, clear-eyed, logical campaign for an independent inquiry to be seen to be clearly nothing to do with the conspiracy theories: this is because the stupidity of the CTs makes them easy to dismiss. Now that clear blue water has been established between the campaign and the moonbats, it is possible for me to switch tack and say we need an inquiry to help tackle the damaging CTS and indeed this is the very point I made in the media this week. Sadly, privately, I know that CT-ers will never accept any inquiry or evidence because they Want To Believe. There is something about the CT mindset that is very hard for the sufferer to snap out of.

Well, we've paused judicial review proceedings into the legality of the Govt failing to hold an inquiry, whilst the 7/7 trial & retrial went on.

We've forced a new, much fuller reinvestigation by the ISC which is about to be published - submitting to the ISC in writing 60+ extremely hard questions to be answered, after meeting with them. That ISC report is out in a few weeks. And I've pre-released the full list of questions to the media so they will be looking for them when the report comes out. Judicial Review proceedings may begin again once the ISC report is out. So that's a legal iron in the fire.

We've given evidence at the London Assembly, who have produced a report and voted cross -party to support an independent inquiry, we've assembled support from the Lib Dem and Conservative front benchers and from Labour MPs, from NGOs like Liberty and Amnesty, from security and terrorism experts and academics, from senior retired police officers and all over articles in the mainstream media. I've raised the matter of an inquiry and inquests at the UN to Ban Ki Moon and in front of all the UN's permanent representatives and given evidence to the Home affairs Select Committee about it, even though I was meant to be talking about 42 days - which I opposed btw. .

We're now awaiting the ISC report, as I said, at which point it will kick off all over again. Legal proceedings have made most of this impossible to mention in public until last week.

Well as I explained, for one example, the 9/11 Family Steering Group let by the Jersey Girls and William Rodriguez really got a lot further by co-operating with them. Of course, I think we can now safely include William Rodriguez as publicly declared in the CT camp. The thing is we're all in the same boat. We think the state doesn't protect us properly, and should do better. We want to know where it went wrong, where it's story doesn't add up, and where things should be different. What is 'conspiracy theory' and what is 'quite possible state malfeasance' just depends where you pitch your tent. For many, the idea that the Iraq War was about oil would be 'absurd conspiracy theory'.

The line to take is simple - the government must produce all the evidence and explain itself. If you are auditing something, you demand to check all the basic stuff. You don't bother not checking the basics because you trust the thing you are auditing. You don't have a war with your fellow auditors about what theories they are allowed to hold about the missing papers. You dot the i's, cross the t's.
