I remember when they released "25 O'Clock" we were almost completely suckered by it! Bought the follow up on purple psychedelic vinyl! Still give both albums a spin - my favourite "Mushroom Music" - good trip guaranteed!
(Apparently you can get both LPs on one Cd called "Chips from the Chocolate Fireball" - money well spent)

I remember doing a mushroom trip in a small pokey caravan listening to 25 O'clock. Everything was great until I put Psychedelic Furs on instead and Sister Europe made everything go very cold, damp and dark. So, I put The Dukes of Stratosphere back on and went out to talk to the horses. Talking to horses is well weird on mushrooms

May also be worth checking out the Rain Parade, part of the 80s Paisley Underground. Emergency Third Rail Power Trip can be difficult to get hold of, but well worth a listen.

Seems things have changed a little since I was chasing around record shops in the US whenever I was over there (finally succeeded in Chicago). My vinyl copy of ETRPT got lost in a house move in the early 90s

HMV UK claim to have it on CD in stock.
