Rarely. Most fruit doesn't agree with me, and I'm a carb junkie. Give me bread and pasta and potatoes!! At least I'm not a big meat eater.
 
probably do. But government targets are bollocks. There's something seriously wrong when people need to be told what is healthy and unhealthy, and need to be told what to eat.

Strange, odd country is this one.

i have had one banana, and a load of grapes

so thats two so far

am gonna have an apple on the way home, and will no doubt have at least three veg at tea time. sorted :)

life would be so much simpler if they just made chocolate a vegetable though...
 
I used to probably fail terribly - I would have five caffeinated drinks a day.

Now a new healthier jazzz is drinking a pint of freshly made vegetable juice a day... mmm! carrots, cucumbers galore, fennel, spinach, chard... beetroot... celery... damn good for you dontchaknow.

I used to wake up in time for Deal or No Deal. :D

Now I am waking up in time for Trisha! :eek:

I scarcely know what to do with myself. :o
 
I had cinnamon pastry, coffee and strawberry smoothie for brekki

A bacon and brown sauce roll for lunch

A terrys choc orange and coffee for tea

An im now eating roast chicken fillet in southern crumb with wedges and good old beans....

Thats a normal regular day and i train four times a week;)
 
I've had a coffee and a pie, it was just a little pie, but it had peas in it..does that count as a serving?
