Maybe I over exaggerated a little, but most clubs would!
Portugal are dullards by design. I begrudgingly admire it.
Ha! Nani asking Clattenberg "oh come on, a yellow? For what?"
Ah, one of those words that people routinely misuse
I believe a new rule should be introduced in footie. Every 5 minutes of a goaless draw means we throw another ball onto the pitch until someone scores.
At this rate, we would have 13 balls on the pitch right now.
what a chance that was
Now France know how the Germans felt.
jou moutinho good player nice to see him on
You know what I mean.
France need to bring on Kante. Good things start with Kante.
Finals of big tournaments always seem to be like this.... Stalemate type affairs.... Semis are always the best matches
Already disproved that upthread, admittedly by using opinion as fact but there you are. International finals are usually good and sometimes amazing matches
Most people I'm in the pub with have stopped watching and are chatting, can't say I blame them tbh.
Dull end to a dull tournament.
Like for like hairdo sub from Portugal
I can't think of a recent one....
It's coming patrice...it's coming.
I have that penalties feeling
Domestic European - Atletico Madrid Real Madrdfrom a couple of years back. International - Euro 2012 where Spain played perhaps the best footy since Brazil 70
Best match of the ones I've seen was Wales v Belgium in the quarters. But yeah, not a lot of great games to pick from in this tournament.
Still, this is pretty standard... Of course if England were playing there's be panic, goals (against us), hoofing it up in desperation etc
Nice to see the headlock making a comeback
The most interesting thing on the screen is the moth.
Just tuned in...have I missed anything?
If all teams played football the same way Portugal play then I'd hate football.
Really like Rio as a commentator, lots of insight.
Shearer and the other cunts calling it a shit tournament...fuck off.
Iceland were entertaining too... I enjoyed the Poland games also... Italys penalties were crazy
loads of moths everywhere
Yeah definitely - I like watching football so I have enjoyed the tournament. That said there haven't been too many classic games IMO. In the Wales Belgium game both teams were properly going for it and it could have gone either way, with a couple of really good goals chucked in...would have been good to see a few more of those.
Danny's really keen on the.professional foul,.it's like he never played for Dario.
Separate names with a comma.
