BBC news reports that a 16 year old and 17 year old have been arrested today for the murder.

Good news.

Problem is that these incidents just need snowball.
One young lad is shot so others feel the need to defend themselves.

i saw a gang of 12-13 year olds running down Upper Street yesterday shouting 'what colours they got on' to each other as they looked for some other kids.

made me despair a bit, it starts young
