Well done for to the marketing company for generating nation interest in their company... on how boring it is and what twats they are. Looks like she's well out of it.
Her job probably was boring - most jobs you get at that age are mind-bendingly tedious. Maybe they should have thought about giving her something less fucking boring to do rather than snivelling on about it being a family company and everyone working together harmoniously. Particularly since 'working together harmoniously' appears to mean 'shut your fucking mouth and get on with it or you'll get the sack'.

Since it's well known that companies now look at people's facebook pages, I think it is silly to put anything incriminating on there in practice. Or set your privacy levels high.
On the other hand, it's fucking ridiculous considering she was 16.
What next? company to bug 16 year old's telephone to check if she's slagging them off?
Let's face it people have been complaining about their workplace for years, now facebook is one of the standard means of communication, I guess people are going to have to readdress their approach to it.
I must say, my tutors at Uni read Facebook, so I avoid putting anything incriminating on there, although there is one pic of me drinking a pint whilst holding RD Jr in the pub on the park
