How was 2008 for you?

Does anyone else have this? All around me people are apparently having bad Christmases. I'm actually having a really nice Christmas, lovely in fact. Now I feel guilty for having a nice Christmas. Is anyone out there actually having a nice Christmas or am I alone?

I don't mean board games though, I mean extremely silly ones. I played two this evening, but I've no idea what they're called. We just call them "piece of string" and "hat, gloves and scarf". Does anyone else play the above as I'd never heard of them 'til I met my sister's in-laws
