View Full Version : Brixton-bound
Hi there!
Me and my partner are thinking of moving from Hoxton to Brixton, and were just wondering which postcode is the most desirable? Apparently SW2 is the “real” Brixton, but there are less “chavs” in SW9. Also, which area is the Living Bar in, as we’ve heard it’s a great place to socialise?
Since we have two small children, we have a Range Rover and a Toyota Landcruiser. Is it easy to park on Coldharbour Lane? (i.e. no pesky cycle lanes!!!)
Also, as vegetarians (well, we eat chicken and fish), are there any restaurants like Pizza Express and Est Est Est? And please say there are a few Starbuck’s – I just can’t function in the mornings without my mochacino :):)
TIA
Oh, and can anyone recommend a good (cheap!) cleaner?

There used to be a poster here before, Anna Key who would have been able to answer your questions. You can find him most days in the Brixton Bar where he is co-ordinating plans to get Starbucks to open their first Brixton branch. Just ask anybody in there - all the trendy people know him.

Yes. He'll turn you into an anarchist. ;)

:D
They're doing great, thanks for asking, although all the other children keep teasing Araminta about her beret and pashmina outfit. I really don't know why, we bought it from a very exclusive boutique.
