Any dos, don'ts, bar/restaurant/sights/etc recommendations gratefully appreciated.

the castle is pretty cool - great views, can't remember the names of bars and that i went to, it was about 8 years ago, but it's a great place to visit - if you're there for a few days, it's worth getting a train to the moorish castle outside lisbon, and the palace outside lisbon, sintra.
