I've always thought that somebody (ie not me) should have a rolling 'What's on in Brixton' list - there are enough venues that it's a pain to check each individually (something like 30 or 40 places locally either have DJs or bands on a Saturday night) - if it were set up as a wiki or rolling thread then each venue could add in their details.

Brixton Hat Party happening at The Canterbury Arms on sat 8-2am. Its free b4 10 and £4 with a hat after. Music should be mix of soul, reggae, punk, boogie, ska, latin, disco, funk.
