Since my man Sidney Charles is no longer in Deptford and my some of my suits are quite frankly shiny as fuck , I need to get a new suit or two , so I can look for another job.
( I will be putting the old uns on the recycle forum soon, so anyone 6ft 2, with monkey arms with a 50 inch chest take note )

Anyone got a decent tailors detials to hand in SE London ?- not Saville row price, but able to sort out a slightly off the wall suit with velvet collars and suchlike ?

cheers

Not in SE London but there's a very good one on the 45 bus route, Gray's Inn Road, near the Calthorpe Arms (great pub) just past the Guildford Road Junction.

I've only ever used him to get some trousers brought in, of which he made an immaculate job.

You will find Simon Green at Oliver London in Forest Hill very willing to do you a velvet collar and such like. A good bet for slightly off the wall.

Not cheap, but I don't know what you'd expect to pay.
