MOT garage in Brixton

I need to get my car MOT'd, can anyone recommend a good honest garage/testing centre near central Brixton, cheers.

I can only recommend dishonest ones but if your car is going to fail and you want it to pass, I would know where to go.

I always use Hearn Bros on Brixton Hill, next to White Horse. Old-fashioned garage, will tell you if anything needs doing or watching out for. Plus, they leave the keys behind the bar for you, and the car parked up the Hill outside CPZ if you can't make it back to pick up car.

There's one like that in Dptfrd - Basically they'll pass it unless it going to hurt other people very badly - but on the whole they'll let thigns slide.

On a more general not I've always found mechanics who trade in arches better than those who have 'proper' garages, but I might be being a but superstitious about that.

Yup, I went to Hearn Bros and efficient + friendly service and fixed a prob they found with an abs cable(not relevant for MOT) free of charge, top marks.
