Sue Ellen off Dallas - just seen her by the big hole in the middle of Cardiff. She was heading towards Howells or the indoor market. She's still a handsome woman in a 3am at Kiwi's kind of way. Think she's in a play at the New Theatre. Wish I'd taken my camera.

My partner went to see her in the New Theatre last night ("Terms of Endearment"). One of the actresses from Corrie was in it, as well (Steve McDonald's old missus) and was very good apparently. The play had eveyone in tears at the end, tho.

But not quite so negative...add in a bit of "well, I'll be fucked" and you're almost there.....

Jiawch or Diawch I guess, its not really a written thing - its a corruption of the word for devil - Diawr (sp?). Same as 'Jiw Jiw' for God - Duw. Its a chapel-y thing, using 'bad' words without really using them. Not sure if its seen as Wenglish.

Primarily used to express surprise or shock, I guess it may have a negative edge to it. At least thats my view...or at least, what I could glean from my wing of the Dowlais chapel mafia.:p
