It's ages since I've been to a veggie restaurant. Are there any in or near Central London?

There's the Krishna place off Soho Square and Food for Thought on Neil St for a start off. Bound to be loads more.

Rasa everytime if you have about 25 quid per head to spunk.

If you have more like a tenner then it's down to one of the buddhist vegan jobbies.

Less than a fiver and I head to Moaz on old compton street for the best falafel in london.

Beatroot and Mildred's (http://www.mildreds.co.uk) in soho are pretty good.

There's another one on Wardour Street that's really fab too - can't remember the name of it at the moment though.

ETA: it's called Vita Organic (http://www.vitaorganic.co.uk) - more a cafe than a restaurant, but it's really good.

There's a couple in the west end, a couple in stokey and a few more.

I heartily reccomend missing your previous meal and ordering the 'Rasa Feast'

Amazing chutneys with crispy snacks that piss all over popadoms.

Then deep fried, plantan, aubergine and potato with more delicious chutneys. oh yes.

Followed by a selection gorgeous breads, currys and rice.

Finished off with a desert (the pistachio kulfi does it for me).

A bit more expensive than your average curry but many times better
