Dont do it is the best advice ever. They are dangerous. Get a fake tan at at a salon instead.
Don't do it.
It's for medicinal use - UV light is good for acne :p

If you want to ease the acne find a good clean steam room, and have a facial once a month. Sunbeds are so bad for your skin. The ones I used in the 80's were bad enough, but the ones you use today are much stronger and terribly damaging to the skin. You won't notice it now, it will all come to the surface in about 10-15 years' time.
The woman who does facials up the road to me has seen lots of people in the past few years who have been using high powered sunbeds and they have really damaged their skin, some of them are quite young as well. Pigmentation is the worst thing.
Tanning shop voyeur avoids jail
A "bungling" voyeur who spied on a 22-year-old woman in a tanning booth has been given a suspended jail term.
Stephen Strange, 43, of Chippenham, who admitted voyeurism, watched the woman undress and lie on a bed in July 2005.
But two minutes into the session, there was a crash and she saw Strange's face appear in a gap in the ceiling.
