You too could own a property in Blenheim Gardens with a boozer just across the road

I appear to be a little short at the moment, *pats down jeans pockets*, perhaps you could stand me this round and I'll get them in next time. :)

Better start doing some overtime then ;)
I think I vouch for the majority when I say 'Fuck me, if I could lay my hands on 1.5 million  I sure as shit would not live around here.'
If you lot are short theres a bargain basement 2 bed flat on Josephine Av going for £375,000.:)

Disgusting.
Too bloody right. And there's only going to be more of those apartments in the other warehouse they're converting

I could be wrong but I think that one's been on the market for quite some time. Agree that those with 1.5 mil to spend would probably be looking to Notting Hill or Chelsea rather than half way up Brixton Hill near the prison.

Yes, but they do get their own gate to keep those Blenheim Gardens Estate residents out and how many places can you have a windmill outside your back door ;)

But there is one of those flats on Tulse Hill (gated community) overlooking Brocky that's ONLY £500,000 for FOUR bedrooms. That's pretty cheap
I don't have that kind of moning but I'm tempted to put my best suit on and ask the agent for a viewing just to be nosey.
lang rabbie

Looking at the pics of the interior, was anyone else thinking:
"Why would a Bond villain construct his secret lair complete with built in piranha pool on Brixton Hill":D
I have a sneaking suspicion the owners may have been to the Ken Adam exhibition at the Serpentine two years ago.
