OK There's tons of photographers out there... can anyone like come and help me take pictures, .. I will pay you around ten quid an hour, if you can help me master my D40 or even help me with photoshop pls....i'm shit and need a mentor... someone who is really into photography and is willing to teach someone who doesn't know that much ie me.... and lives near to brixon.... pls help......i neeeeeeeeeeeee hellllllllllllllp!

You don't need to pay anyone. Throw your manual away, turn the dial onto M and fiddle with the settings - elimination by process. Simply using your camera is by far the best way to do learn it.

But honestly, PM me with any questions or post them. I f'ing love Nikon cameras and there's dozerns of people on here including myself who own them.

My tip assumming you can use the camera is to look at things that aren't always at eye level. Look up and down - not straight ahead. But nothing beats just going out and taking pics. Tutorials and books can tell you the theory but it is only you who can 'get it'.
