Where to go?

Hey, thinking about going away in late August on a 18-30 holiday with some mates just wondered if anyone can recommend anywhere? mabye one of the greek islands or gran canaria, thanks

Unless your idea of holiday fun is to uproot an entire Essex disco into a beautiful part of the world and then spend the entire time walking about with underpants on your head, having teenagers puking over your shoes, snogging people so pissed they've no idea if you're even humanoid or not while ignoring the glorious culture and history all around you, then I wouldn't recommend an 18-30 holiday.

But if all of the above sounds like the greatest time ever to you, go for it!

The 18 -35 holidays are much better. ;)

Seriously, I went on one back in 1995 and it was nowhere near as bad as the Ed makes out. However, this was some time ago,

It was a cheap and easy way for me to travel round a lot of places and an opportunity to meet new people. I like drinking and so enjoyed the nights out and you can pretty much do your own thing during the day or follow the set excursions which do make an effort to show you round the "glorious culture and history". There was quite a range of people who I travelled with, not all of them were pissheads.

Once I had a wee taste of the places we went to do, I then made an effort to go back to the ones I enjoyed the most and I ending up living in Italy for a short while.
