Hello

I was just wondering if anybody has taken the train to Chine via the Silk Road (i.e Uzbekistan, Kazakstan, etc.) I took the transiberian a few years ago and want to do something similar but through central asia and into tibet.

Anybody done this? I need tips.

Never done it, my commute to Waterloo gets my goat, so fuck crossing Asia by train.

But each to their own, so Click here for information (www.seat61.com)

Enjoy.

Bit late maybe but try this lot, a UK based company

And if you're going through Uzbekistan, Bukhara is a better place to be than Samarkand, Khiva etc
