anyone know of anywhere that can be hired for private parties, with an outside space area? (beer garden or the like) this is key as will be a summer event

ideally fairly central, though not a complete necessity, but it cannot be he least bit 'poncey' (wont match the clientele ;) ) thinking good old boozer with fab space attached (do such places exists anymore?)

am sure this has been asked before, but hey ho...:p

there is a garden area at Gordon's Wine bar on Villiers Street, near Charing Cross Station, I'm not sure if they hire it out for private parties though, might be worth seeing if they do

hey Rollem, you can hire the upstairs bit of the Horseshoe pub in Borough/London Bridge. There's a roof terrace and garden, and a small inside room upstairs with a small bar. My g/f used to work there so well connected and she could prob get it for you. Not sure if they'd charge you or not... Pretty close to London Bridge station and to where you live (I think!)

Several hotels in central London have outside space. I can't name any right off, though. You could try venues.org.uk - I found that site quite useful when I was looking for a party venue.

There were some other sites I came across, too, but I basically just did lots of googling :)
