Anyone see these new signs all up Brixton Hill?

I saw one yesterday from the other side of the road and thought it said "They want your Food". B/f thought it said "they want your poo". After thinking about it, I realised it was Ipod :o :D

Yep, there's a whole bunch of them on Atlantic Road/Railton Road as well – I think it's "They want your Pod", which is a tad confusing (is there a sudden upsurge in demand for Breeders records?)

We have them in Loughborough Junction as well

I don't know, but it wouldn't be surprised if it's us taxpayers who are paying for it.

Wouldn't surprise me if they get nicked :D

Well operation freshview seemed to be a complete waste of time and money. Nothing seems to have been done, they didn't even acknowledge the email of suggestions that I sent them. And the signs are still up

They've had them up Crystal Palace for a couple of months, and it always has me looking again even though I know what it really says. :D

I'm sure it's deliberate.

We've got 'Be aware of thieves/pickpockets' (or something like that) down in SW16. Much cooler than people wanting your poo

They're up in West Norwood too.

I wonder if they're going to put customised ones in Chelsea and Mayfair: They want your Rolex/diamond ring/neckless.

They've also put them further up Tulse Hill, near St Martins library. If this is the latest in crime prevention, I'm not impressed.

Nice to see you're more alert when pissed then :D

BTW: There's a big bit of grafitti on a wall on Rush Common. Something about ASBOs.

I was quite surprised to see them signs,
I was abit  during my stay coz we were staying right by those big flats all grouped together - It sounds like i'm a pussy but i was a bit nervous getting our gear out of the car when it had got dark, even tho my bf is from the place it means shit now dont it!

Cor and the bloody traffic! Usually in bournemouth i do wanker hand signals(doors + windows locked!) if someone pisses me off. I kept me head looking straight ahead -
"No Sir You arent pissing me off - please stop looking at me!" :o

:D ermmmm amongst some mad grey huge blocks of flats not far from brixton Jamm (i think) - damn i forgot the name of the street but it was quite a quaint little cul-de-sac amongst all those flats - rows of them - quite intimidating if i had to walk further than the car! but the street was nice - lovely house.

:) I have managed to co-ordinate my Beep/horn now so's i dont tell peeps to F off as much :D a beep is good for road rage i think. e2a: not in brixton tho.

I saw a subvertised one on Brixton Hill yesterday. Under 'They want your Pod' someone had stuck a piece of plastic of the same yellow colour saying 'Because you took their soul'. :D:D:D

If anyone with a camera is interested I think it was soon after the Brixton Water Lane junction.

Nope. Or only a conventional camera with no film. I might mention it to the editor next time I see him - if it's still up by then.

Just hassle him. Tell him his wee Welsh legs need some exercise ;)

I managed to get him to take pictures twice ;)

That was quick! :D

Different location to the one I spotted - I hope there's a few of them up - it's not exactly brilliant political commentary or anything, but it gave me a good laugh when I saw it yesterday.

It would be more useful to all and sundry to put up photos of convicted street robbers from the locale rather than these yellow eyesores.
