Did they put a single sodding ounce on the pavements at all
Brixton Hill was treacherous this morning
Oooh, BIG snow coming down in Victoria :)
effra road was fine. I walked to central brixton without a bother.
They'd done all the pavements on Coldharbour Lane by about 10pm last night.

No, they bloody didn't. I looked like a new born foal who'd never used his legs before on my journey down the hill earlier.

phew, thank God I've got some back-up. I was starting to think I'd imagined it. :D
I had to walk down to Mace/Nisa/Londis to renew my travelcard and then walk back up the Hill 'cos the sodding bus stop's out of action because of the roadworks
Not even on the road crossing was there an ounce of grit. What the fuck am I paying Council Tax for. It's not like it's some litlte side road :(

I'm feeling slightly less miserable now as someone has lent me their fan heater to warm my feet up. I've taken my soaking socks off, but I had tights underneath the socks and they're wet as well :o
Tulse Hill (the road, that is) was done at least as far as Water Lane, and some of the paths in Brockwell Park had also been gritted by about 8am :D
Lambeth Gritter - rhyming slang for? :p

Rhyming slang for where I'd like to stick a truncheon up the people who process Lambeth's housing benefit claims.
