Foxtons is selling a 3 bedroom flat on Rushcroft Road for £350,000. I think its Salisbury House.

My landlady is selling our 3 bedroom 'maisonette' on CHL (Brixton end) for £250k which I think is ludicrous.

180 leasehold. 3 bedrooms but one is a box room and the other barely has room for a double bed. Plus the place is structurally unsound and wobbles with every train and is the noisiest place I've ever lived in.

6 years ago, it cost her £130k.

Still, it's under offer, so there's a market for it.
