As subject.

Is it a walkable (or in this case protest marchable) distance?

It's actually slightly less if you're walking, cos you don't have to turn left off Camberwell New Road to go right at Camberwell Green.

Definitely walkable. Have done it many times.

I would suggest the most pleasant route is to cross over the Hungerford bridge to the south bank, walk along the river from there to Vauxhall, then up south lamberth rd to stockwell, then to Brixton.

Have walked it when I was trying to get fit, but then I'd go into pub and have a couple of pints to celebrate! :o

Used to take me 1 hour and 20 minutes from Whitehall to middle of Brixton Hill, but I have short legs :D

PS: I used to walk over Westminster Bridge, past the War Museum, past Kennington Park, up Brixton Road and into Brixton itself so don't know if it's shorter than going the Stockwell way.

It's going ahead next week mate. Will you be supporting it?

I'm sure folks will turn out in their millions :D. This is gonna make the Iraq protests look like a village fete.
