Does anyone know where the nearest western union's are ? Preferably open after 8pm as well.

Chemist at Clapham North is open every day till 10pm, has Western Union

Nearer to central brixton: upstairs at Kingshield Chemists on Brixton Rd (coming out of the Tube, turn right, cross Station Rd, under the bridge, carry on and it's about 5 shops on on your right hand side) - opposite ShoeFair / Plan B etc).

Not sure of their opening hours, don't think they go past 6.30 though.
If all else fails - does it HAVE to be W Union? Cos if you can use MoneyGram instead the service at Red Records to do this is always reasonably prompt and friendly. I think it costs about the same per transfer as well.
DON'T try doing this thru Brixton Post Office - they offer MoneyGram service but the queues are horrific.

There are many facilities for wiring money on Peckham Rye and I'm sure Western Union is there too.

It's on Clapham High St, just past the bridge as you come out of Clapham Nth Tube (turn left out of tube)

Opposite Sainsburys local, sorry don't know name.
