Anyone experienced this thoroughly unpleasant 'lady' on CHL (Brixton End) who has a penchant for shouting to herself all day and throwing bin-bags and glass in the street?
One day she's going to cause an accident when a car swerves to avoid a bin bag/box/oil drum. She often stands outside The Beat when it's open doing this yet nothing seems to happen.
Last week she went for the street cleaner with a broken bottle at 8:30am, he had to fend her off with his broom.
I've been living on the road for a year now, she seems to have cropped up in the last six months or so.......Reading that Lambeth has no Anti-Social Behaviour Unit gives me no confidence that anything can be done about her. From what I see, no-one on the road gives her the time of day anyway.....
