i was thinking.... brixton ... that well know location for the boating enthusiast
but i presume the very fact we arn't exatly that means the need for the garege

There's around a dozen lock-up garages at the top of Josephine Avenue, but I think as soon as they were built they were snapped up, but you could check.
Try the garages at the back of new Park Court on the top of the hill (the block that used to have Apollo Video in it). A few years ago the owner was renting garages for £15 per week, but he has done the place up recently (put gates on etc) thigs have possibly changed.
There's someone renting a garage in Tudor Close (opp. the prison).
