Have you contacted all the local vets, PDSA, cat shelters, Battersea Dogs Home etc?
Has she been microchipped at all?
Put posters up as well.
Good Luck can't imagine how you are feeling :(

Never do that at such an early stage - there's been plenty of threads here about missing cats that come back after a week, even two or more- and everyone who responded regailed their own story of their kitty who went missing for more than a week before coming back unharmed.
From my own experience - go twice as far as you would normally with the kitty's bowl, and bang it - regardless of the local yoot looking at you weird.
Worked for us last time - nearly a quarter of a mile away, our Stevie just came out from behind a bush and followed us home, as if nothing had happened.
I won't even go into searching for Billy Barge Cat three weeks after I lost him on a journey, suffice to say we were reunited thirty miles from home after he'd lost his way back to our house (the boat), fallen in a river, crossed to the wrong side, and been seen two weeks later going through bins.
What a mission that was.
He's now a grand mouser in a farm near Haydock. Very resilient.
Have faith...
