I use a guy based in South Norwood. He's very reliable and thorough but not especially cheap. It depends on how big the job is as to whether he will come out. A couple of windows in a flat won't be worth his while unless he's already in the area.

Many thanks Ms T, I'll give him a try. There's a few flats on the ground floor of my block who need a window cleaner so hopefully he might consider it worth his while.
