Yee...haa!!

Went to the Lido this morning and it seems that they've extended the season to September 19th! For a while this morning I was the only person in there!!

(It was dead in the park too... guess everyone's gone away?? :confused: )

Wasn't it? I went for breakfast at the caff, expecting the usual scrum of ankle-biters and mutts, but it was deathly still.

Good news about the Lido. Guess they need to make up for missing all the good weather.

Koobz and I got told off by one of the lifeguards for misbehaving today... :D

We were having a "who can walk the furthest along the pool floor without coming up for breath" competition... which evolved into me standing on Kublai in order to keep him under water... :eek:

Fantastic, I love being told off for being naughty now that I'm in my 30's. Makes me giggle like a child. :D

We lido-dido'd today. Lovely weather for it isnt it :cool: :p

Kids will be back to school next week and then you can get it all to yourself :D

We were down there today as well. I attempted to have a swim and realised how chronically unfit I am. :(

Yay! Another Lido-ite form today logging in to say how totally wonderful it all was. Same again tomorrow, with an extra degrees or so according to Mr BBC Weather Man.

The Lido is still closing at 8pm. If you want to go for a swim after work then it's only £2.50 after 6pm. :)

Gosh how I'm going to miss all of this in about two weeks time. The BLU AGM by the way in on 10th September at 10am. Hopefully will get to find out a bit more about what Fusion have planned for next summer. Just don't mention the dreaded GYM word.
