Ok, so not London, but pretty close.

I'm hoping to go up Box Hill tomorrow - I might walk up from Dorking, or take the train to Boxhill & Westhumble station.

Whats the best way up - follow the track from the North Downs Way, or the zig zag road up from the station?

Can you walk along the A24 out of the town?

Whats good to do, once at the top?

I'm staying the night out on the Reigate Road, near the Cem - any good take aways nearby?

thanks alot
Gav

for walking the zig-zag is best avoided I reckon.

Probably, I expect most schools in the Sarf end up at Box Hill at some point. Although saying that I think I missed the trip because Ive never been :(

Very Jane Austen, mind you Emma's trip (http://www.classicbookshelf.com/library/jane_austen/emma/45/) went rather badly. I hope you have more fun.
